Andreas Vasdekis

Andreas received his PhD in soft condensed matter and photonics at the University of St. Andrews (UK). He then spent four years as a postdoctoral scholar first at Caltech (USA) and then at the Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (Switzerland), followed by a research position at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (USA). He has been with the University of Idaho since 2015, where he reached the level of Associate Professor in 2020.
