Noah is a visiting student from ETH Zürich, where he also completed his undergraduate degree in biology. After gaining experience working with Yarrowia at Imperial College and Insempra GmbH, he has now joined the Stephanopoulos lab for his Master’s thesis. His research will focus on the utilization of dairy by-products for the production of carotenoids in Yarrowia lipolytica. Outside the lab, he enjoys cooking and hiking.
